HAPPY HALLOWEEN TO EVERYONE!!!! Just sharing some events that happened at the French household today, So, first Jake carved an awesome pumpkin....
Then Tucker had a visitor, Madison Supple, they played.....
Then, Diane brought gifts for the dogs....
MADISON SUPPLE alias party girl....
and CAPTAIN TUCKER FRENCH.....
Then Jake found another visitor lurking around on Halloween eve....
And Gram decided to come for dinner and join the party, Tucker was the greeter....
And then to top it all off Will showed up, at least I think it was Will...

My son Jacob had a birthday party to go to yesterday and keeping with the theme of the weekend I decided to make a Halloween/Birthday Card. Really it was just an excuse to use my Halloween embossing folder in my Big Shot. : ) We got the birthday boy a gift card and I remembered learing how to make these neat gift card holders a few weeks ago so I gave it a shot. It was a fun and easy technique and I loved how the card just popped out at you when you opened the card. Kim

These coasters make awesome hostess gifts, they can take hot coffee and water and because they are sprayed they will hold up. They can't be left outside, the sun will bleach the colour out of them because we use a beautiful tumbled tile as our canvas.

Good Saturday morning!!!
Just wanted to share another photo of Tucker, fyi, he is named after Grant's grandfather George Tucker, a man that Grant loved so much. I knew him as Bud. We built our home on his farm and now my mom and Charlie live in his house next door, lots of history. Lindsay also has wonderful memories, as a little girl she would wonder over every day and they would spend time talking, having tea and he would let her do dishes. Ah Tucker gets me thinking of Buds whistling, walking down his driveway and watering plants all signature Bud situations that put a great big smile on my face, we all really miss him.
A little something was left in my mailbox by another wonderful person, Thanks so much Lindy, Tucker slept with him last night and had a great night!!! Jo
Well, it's not a very sunny day outside today, but these scrapbook pages remind me of a much warmer time of year. They were made with the "Sunny Day" Simply Scrappin kit. The words are done with rub on's - a new favourite of mine for scrapbooking. The photo's are from a few years ago in my back yard. The kids had so much fun running and jumping into the little blow up pool. I have great pictures of them diving in in their birthday suits but they wouldn't let me put those on the pages. : ) Kim
PS The glare in the photo's is from my flash. Kind of looks like a spaceship or something landing beside the pool. : )
